Another New Year's Eve dining experience at Izumi in the books! They continue to be a great hibachi experience and the food was incredible. Our chef was great and was very interactive with everyone including the kids.
Had a nice dinner last night. Restaurant is very large and gorgeous on the inside (the old WestMarine location), and is divided in half with one side being standard restaurant and the other half being a BeniHana chop grill show. We sat on the restaurant side. Had appetizers of seaweed salad and dumplings and they were both very good. I ordered various sushi pieces and a couple of rolls, very good not fantastic. Service seas 5 star as we received professional attention during our meal. Plenty of parking in front and to the back of the restaurant. Well done Izumi !
Was at an event nearby and popped in for an hibachi dinner. Expect the usual. Everything was fresh and well seasoned. We got 4 steaks with half of us getting shrimps & the other half scallops. Everything was cooked to perfection and not hard to chew. Waitress service was basic. But I came here to tell you about our chef. He was so attentive and caring for my boys. We may have expected balloon animals at the end but we didn't expect extras for my kids. He was so accurate with the orders and so patient with each person. I also got the sushi dinner and the spicy girl pepper tuna roll. Everything was amazing but it's the first time I was charged $1 for spicy mayonnaise though. Pretty good spot
We ordered a small order because we were craving some sushi and we were not disappointed! Our order came from a third party, but it arrived quickly and the way they packaged it was nice, and neatly displayed. We do wish they gave chopsticks, but it will not stop us from ordering again!
Went there for our anniversary. We got the hibachi for two. The food was excellent not many leftovers because the food was so good. The chef was fantastic. Nice show very pleasant atmosphere would definitely recommend.
Ordered this tonight for delivery!! This is the second time I ate from this place and both times were amazing . The ambiance inside is great too!! I will be ordering again.
Been here twice this past month, it's that good! The amount of food for the price is overwhelming and it's so delicious. Hostess and our server were both so sweet and the place is beautiful. We had a nice private booth and our mango cosmos were excellent. We got the hibachi platter for two which is basically every kind of meat and fish, double the portion, for only around $60! Food came out so fast and presentation was A+. Such a nice experience.
